I don’t know about you, but I have a fear of heights.

The fear keeps me from jumping out of airplanes and it would definitely discourage me from visiting the tallest building in the western hemisphere: the Willis Tower originally known as the Sears Tower.

Glass boxes with no obvious means of support protrude from the exterior, allowing visitors to step out seemingly on air, 1,353 feet above the street below.

This sky deck is called The Ledge, a name with many connotations.
