Home Buying

We absolutely would not have landed our dream home without Beth. In 2010 our rental was being sold out from under us, and our offer to buy it was rejected by the landlord. My husband and I were terrified of not finding what we wanted in the neighborhood, and as a result we were considering settling for properties that we weren't really happy with. But Beth kept encouraging us to wait , promising us that the right place would come along. And then, when we DID find the right place, it was only because Beth advised so carefully, and then wrote the perfect letter for our offer that we were chosen as the buyers-- and we weren't even the high bidders! Beth at Dream SF Did a masterful job selling our 2 unit home on 20th Street off Dolores Park In May. She has solid connections with painters, electricians, plumbers, gardeners, stagers, etc., and all repairs were quick and high quality. All the inspections took place quickly and the house looked gorgeous and was put on the market in record time. It sold in 3 weeks above asking price. Beth is very professional, knows the market and the neighborhoods. Also a gracious representative of our property. We feel so lucky and grateful to Beth!
